You can choose the time by clicking on the link in your confirmation email which you will receive after you have paid. Please note that dates are available on ‘first come, first serve’ basis.

All prices you see here include 21% VAT, which is deductible if you’re registered as a freelancer/company in the Netherlands. For outside the Netherlands, please ask your accountant for more information.



How does it work?

Step 1: Choose which session you want and pay with iDeal, Paypal or Sofort
You can select from 3 different sessions: Creative Check (60 min.), Creative Boost (90 min.) And Creative Drive (90 min.). More information about the sessions can be found on this page.

Step 2: automated confirmation
You will receive an automated email with your confirmation (if you haven’t received it, please check your spam inbox).

Step 3: Choose a date + time and fill in the form
Once you’ve paid, choose a time by clicking the link in your confirmation email. There are several times available, but on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.
Please book your date and time in either ‘Nederlands’ (Dutch) or in English, so you get the right form to fill out.

Step 4: Send me your portfolio
Have you booked a Creative Drive-session? Please don’t forget to send me your portfolio with a selection of 10-15 works that accurately reflect what you make. This is allowed as a PDF and large files can be sent via Wetransfer. You can send it to hello@marloesdevries.com

Step 5: Personal confirmation
When I have received your payment, you have chosen a date and filled in the form, I will send you an email to confirm that I have received everything correctly, and if necessary some extra information. And then you have to wait for your chosen date and time!


If you need to cancel your session:
If you cancel your session up to 48 hours before the agreed date and time, you get a refund minus 25% of the total amount (for expenses and reservation of hours). Refunds are not possible for cancellations less than 48 hours before the session, but if it’s something special beyond your control, we will try to reschedule it.

Shipping information

Orders ship out once a week on Wednesday morning unless noted otherwise.

Due to lockdown in the Netherlands it's not possible at the moment to ship with track and trace, or packages, due to post offices being closed.

COVID Due to COVID-19 some countries apply new rules concerning mail coming from other countries. Please check with your national postal services if you can receive mail from the Netherlands. If your country can't process international mail, please don't order right now. Ordering is at your own risk concerning this.
